The District plans to replace the existing blower and make related upgrades. Work includes improvements to the aeration air system (controls, instrumentation, valves, and inlet air plenum), installation of a new PLC and remote I/O, replacement and metering of several motor control centers, integration of power metering into SCADA, replacement of electrical switchboards and a transformer, HVAC upgrades for key buildings, and replacement of fire alarm systems with SCADA integration.
