Document Description
Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes the removal and replacement of pole #1123605E, guy anchor, down-guy wire, and span-guy wire located within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR-)138 at Post Mile 13.55 in the City of Neenach, Los Angeles County, as well as to perform any associated traffic control activities. Span-guy wire crossing Hwy 138 will be aerially replaced. Pole 1123605E will be replaced directly adjacent to the east of the existing pole. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96 inches, a maximum width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of two (2) feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
