Document Description
This project is in Kern County from the Kern/Santa Barbara Counties Line to 0.06 mile north of Cadet Road. This project is to 0.10’ cold plane/RHMA-O with dig-outs and 1’ shoulder backing at various locations from PM 0.0 to PM 11.8 and from PM 12.2 to PM 14.5. From PM 11.8 to PM 12.2, cold plane 0.20’ Hot Mix Asphalt (Type A) over the existing roadway. All work for this project will be performed within existing right of way.
