Reasons for Exemption
The proposed project is exempt from CEQA based on its conformity with Section 15302 (c) of the CEQA Guidelines. This exemption consists of the replacement of an existing pipeline where the new pipeline will be within the Public Right of Way of Robinhood Road, Robinhood Lane, Lower Lane, Ascend Road, Easy Street and Cassou Meadows Road and within the District’s Blanket Easement No. B6 and Specific Easement No. B100 and will have the same purpose and capacity as the facilities being replaced. The replacement of the existing utility system and/or facilities involve negligible or no expansion of capacity.
