Document Description
The proposed project is a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 5,951 square foot convenience store and 24 fuel pumps under two separate canopies for small vehicles and commercial trucks. Improvements to the site include an underground fuel storage tank, air stations, trash enclosure, parking, and landscaping.
