The proposed Board action consists of 2 temporary Right of Entry (ROE) permits to allow the construction of temporary fencing and minor grading, to park horse trailers belonging to the City of Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD), while major sewer repairs are taking place in the area. Beneficiaries of the project are is the LAPD and ultimately the citizen of Los Angeles, which will benefit from a renovated sewer line.
