Document Description
The Applicant proposes to operate Garfield Avenue Well 16 and a 3,400 gallon per minute, 70-80 psi groundwater treatment facility. The treatment process will reduce arsenic and manganese levels to meet the primary and secondary contaminant levels established by the USEPA and the California Division of Drinking Water. Additionally, a treatment goal is established to target reduction of arsenic below 80% of the primary MCL, or 8 ug/L.
