Document Description
This project is in Tulare County, on SR-216 at post miles 13.6/19.3, in and near Woodlake. The project proposes to place a Polymer Asphaltic Emulsion Chip Seal over the existing Surface. The scope of work also includes digouts (Cold Plane 0.25’ of the existing surface and replace with 0.25’ of HMA), Placement of shoulder backing, installation of electrical loops, removal and placement of pavement delineation (Including Yellow traffic stripes, Yellow Pavement Markings, pavement markers), and removal and installation of Sign Panels on existing posts.
