Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number PLU-59946-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Brandie Hernandez, Susanville Indian Rancheria. The project is limited to the placement or upgrades to existing crossings and the use of a water drafting site, in order to complete a Cal Fire Emergency (2-25EM-00033-PLU) to access and remove dead, dying and diseased timber left that was a result of the Dixie Fire.
