Document Description
Conditional Use Permit Modification for the Cisco Grove Campground (previously the Rivers Edge Campground). The campground is divided between Placer County and Nevada County with 144 campsites on 32 acres within Placer County and 273 campsites on 30 acres within Nevada County. The project is solely limited to the portion of the project within Placer County and proposes enhancements to existing facilities including three existing restrooms, a guardhouse, a welcome center, an outdoor deck, a general store, and a recreational vehicle dump station. Proposed new features include a swimming pool, a golf cart corral, a crafts pavilion, pickleball courts, a dog park, a jump pillow, a playground, a boat dock, employee housing, a boat dock, a sledding hill, and guest laundry facilities. All amenities will be restricted in use to those staying at the campground.
