Document Description
The proposed Project is a Conditional Use Permit Modification for the Cisco Grove Campground (previously the Rivers Edge Campground) to renovate facilities and provide new amenities to transform the campground into a resort campground. The existing campground is divided between Placer County and Nevada County with 144 campsites on 32 acres within Placer County, and 273 campsites on 30 acres within
Nevada County. The proposed Project is solely limited to the portion of the campground within Placer County and proposes enhancement/ refurbishment and relocation of select existing facilities and several new facilities as described in Table 1 below. In addition to the facilities within Table 1, employee housing serving up to 32 employees is proposed in the form of 6 RV units, and 5 mobile units. The use of all
amenities would be restricted to guests staying at the resort campground. No new campsites are proposed.
