Document Description
The project includes repair or replacement of all pier railings, 16 pile jackets, 4 ocean access ladders, 11 concrete deck panels, various deck panel soffit spalls, timber curb, curbs, fish cleaning stations, lighting fixtures, water shutoff, electrical panel and various features of the bathrooms and harbormaster’s office. The project includes backfill of concrete to repair pier abutment protection. The project includes installation of a new ADA fishing station, a small skiff storage rack, installation of two new light fixtures at the end of the pier and overlooking both docks, installation of three bollards at end of deck for safety, and installation of safety and rules signage.

This pier is an existing structure, and the project consists primarily of repair and maintenance activities.
