The City of Pleasant Hill proposes the in-kind removal and replacement of existing street and asphalt concrete pathway facilities along various streets throughout the City. All improvements will be constructed at the same locations and will maintain the same purpose and capacity as the existing infrastructure. The work is located on arterial roads, collector streets, residential streets, and asphalt concrete (AC) pathways throughout the City of Pleasant Hill. It includes excavation (or grinding), removal, and replacement of asphalt concrete for pothole repairs, as well as asphalt concrete overlay work on AC pathways.
