Document Description
Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes to remove and replace pole #735717E in the same hole set within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR-)138 at Post Mile (PM) 14.01, as well as to perform associated temporary traffic control activities in the City of Neenach / Lancaster, Los Angeles County. The work will also include the replacement of two (2) down-guy wires located within Caltrans right-of-way and aerially replace overhead wire crossing SR-138. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96-inches, a maximum width of 24-inches and a maximum length of two (2) linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
