Charter Communications proposes to the upgrade of existing Charter pedestal with a new 24-inch by 36-inch by 18-inch Charter pedestal in sidewalk located within CALTRANS right of way along State Route (SR-)1 – Pacific Coast Highway at Post Mile (PM) 14.2, as well as to perform associated temporary traffic control activities in the City of Lomita Los Angeles County. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 18 inches, an average width of 36 inches, and a length of 24 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
