Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SJN-63472-R3), pursuant to Fish and Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, Frank Morgan.
The project will be completed in association with the development of a resort called Camp Gold Star and will consist of the installation of a floating dock and gangway. The project is limited to the installation of fifteen (15) new steel piles, the on-site installation and assembly of the floating dock and gangway, the construction of a landing to anchor the gangway to shore, and installation of associated utilities. Limited vegetation removal may be required, and no trees will be removed.
