Document Description
This project consists of collecting core samples, potholing, performing deflection testing, and obtaining designs for various street segments in the City of San Bruno. Performing this pavement evaluation will allow the City to determine with certainty which streets are actually structurally failed versus those that are in fact structurally sound but were considered to have failed based on visual condition assessment. Upon completion of a detailed pavement evaluation, future failed streets paving projects can be more accurately budgeted and the City can begin to more quickly address and repave with a more cost-effective treatment those streets on the failed and near failed list.
