Document Description
The proposed project is located in Sutter County on State Route 99 (SR) from approximately 0.1 mile north of State Route 20 to 0.2 mile south of Live Oak Boulevard. This project proposes to preserve and extend the life of existing pavement on SR 99 by performing slab replacement where needed, crack, seat, & overlay and cold planning 0.3’ of existing pavement and repaving with 0.2’ rubberized hot-mix asphalt gap graded (RHMA-G) and 0.1 rubberized hot-mix asphalt open grade (RHMA-O). Scope will also include performing dig outs on areas identified with local failure. Additional items such as culverts, American Disability Act (ADA) curb ramps, upgrade electrical lighting components, transportation management systems (TMS), maintenance vehicle pullouts (MVP), signage and striping, and guardrail will be brought to current Manual for Assessing Safety Hardware (MASH) standards.
