A Site Development Permit (SDP) for the
/nstallat1on of two (2) new 52 inch tall x 26 ti wide x 24 inch deep Alpha PN-4 powernode system enclosures, eighteen new 12V batteries, and one (1) new precast concrete pad for Cox Communications located within Public Right of Way near 14800-1/3 Stonebridge Parkway. Reasons why project Is exempt: The City of San Diego conducted an environmental review and determined that the project would qualify to be exempt from CEQA pursuant to CEQA Section 15303 (New Construction), Section 15303 applies to projects that consist of the construction of a limited number of new small facilities or structures. Since the project would construct one WCF, within the developed public right of way and 1t was determined that the CEQA exemption was appropriate and
the exceptions listed 1n CEQA Section 15300.2 would not apply. The site Is not included on any list compiled pursuant to Government Code Section 65962.5 for hazardous waste sites.
