Document Description
The City of Jackson adopted a Remedial Action Plan (RAP) and MND. The RAP was developed to evaluate potential remedial alternatives for soil impacted by arsenic and other metals at the city owned Oro de Amador property. The site is approximately 160 acres, a large portion of which was historically used for storing mine tailings from the former Kennedy Mine and for retaining waste from the processing of mine tailin9s at an onsite cyanide plant.
