Document Description
Southern California Gas Company (SoCalGas) proposes to remove an existing service line located at 7119 Topanga Canyon Boulevard, within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route 27 at Post Mile (PM) 14.49, as well as to perform traffic control activities in the City of Canoga Park, Los Angeles County. New service will be installed, and existing meter to be relocated further from the road. SoCalGas is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans right-of-way along 27 at PM 14.49 to complete the abovementioned work, as well as to perform traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 42-inches, a maximum width of 36-inches and a length of 82 linear feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
