Construct, operate, and maintain a 300 megawatts (MW) solar photovoltaic (PV) and 300 MW/1,200 MW-hours of lithium ion (or similar) battery storage. Project includes switchyard and substation. Power produced by project conveyed through one-mile long transmission line (within 200-ft. right-of-way), interconnecting with the existing Mead-Adelanto transmission line operated by LADWP.
