Document Description
To excavate and replace an existing 14-inch pipe in-kind, placing a minimum of two feet of cover from the pipe crown to the levee crown, backfilling and compacting the levee excavations with controlled low-strength material, and restoring the levee crown roadway to pre-project conditions. The work will also include removing an existing unpermitted temporary 10-inch plastic pipe that connects to and runs parallel with the existing 14-inch drainage pipe. The excavations will be backfilled and compacted in compliance with California Code of Regulations, Title 23, Waters, Division 1 (Title 23) standards. The facilities were authorized by Board Permit 6403, issued on February 27, 1969.
