Document Description
This project aims to upgrade potable water, fire protection, and electrical systems to meet modern safety codes while ensuring minimal environmental impact. ADA accessibility improvements, including new gangways and landings, will be installed at four marina locations without affecting protected waters.
Existing in-water piles and docks will be removed using a barge and crane, starting from the southern part of the lagoon and progressing north. New dock sections will then be installed, first on land and then lowered into the water for final placement. The dock installation will proceed north to south, followed by utility connections.
