Document Description
The proposed project includes a comprehensive General Plan Update, associated Zoning Map and Zoning Text Amendments, and a Climate Action and Adaptation Plan. The 2045 planning horizon for the Planning Area is estimated to result in increases of approximately 27,664 dwelling units and 16.1 million square feet of non-residential building area when compared to existing conditions. An estimated increase of approximately 81,456 residents and 6,995 jobs is also projected for the 2045 horizon year.
