Document Description
The Applicant proposes to operate a replacement well (Well 1A) at the existing Well 1 and Reverse Osmosis Plant site. The new well replaced failing Well 1, which has been destroyed. In addition, two other abandoned wells were properly destroyed because they presented a contamination risk to the groundwater.
