Southern California Edison (SCE) proposes the removal and replacement of pole #1832923 located within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR-)138 at Post Mile 14.89, in the City of Neenach/Lancaster, Los Angeles County, as well as to perform any associated traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 96 inches, a maximum width of 24 inches, and a maximum length of two (2) feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
