Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as City of Fullerton Main Plant PFAS Treatment Project. The components of the Project to be funded by the State Water Board include installation of a small treatment plant at the City of Fullerton’s Main Water Treatment Plant for the treatment of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances. An additional eight granular activated carbon vessels will be installed to treat the water produced from the existing Wells 5, 6, 7A and 8.

The Project consists of construction and location of limited numbers of new, small facilities or structures; installation of small new equipment and facilities in small structures; and the conversion of existing small structures from one use to another where only minor modifications are made in the exterior of the structure.
