The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (EPIMS-SBR-61713-R6), pursuant to Fish and
Game Code section 1602, the project Applicant, PowerFlex Solar, LLC.
The Project is limited to the grading and construction of a 5-megawatt photovoltaic
ground mount solar system, trenching for a 3,302 linear foot interconnection line, access roads within the Project site, and fencing along the perimeter of the Project site.
