INNEX California, Inc. proposes to drill four oil and gas production wells in the Kettleman Middle Dome field in Kings County. The proposed Project involves the clearing and grading of two existing well pads and existing access roads, the installation of associated power poles and pipelines, and the drilling activities necessary to construct and produce four new wells. The Project would take place on private lands containing Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administered mineral estate within the Kettleman Middle Dome Oilfield, for a total disturbance equal to 2.77 acres.
