The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TRI-55891-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Heather O’Connell. The project is limited to installation, maintenance, and use of a new diversion structure to be used for domestic purposes. The structure will be a perforated PVC barrier dam buried within the streambed. There will be two 1-inch intake pipes and one 1-inch overflow pipe; the intake pipes will converge into a ¾” polyline that will be gravity fed to the Permittee’s parcel just west of the project parcel. The PVC barrier dam will be buried at a depth that allows water to flow over the top and will not impound flow. Water will be diverted as specified in Water Right A026786. Annually, from June 1-September 20, water will be diverted at a rate of 80-gallons per day and from October 1-May 31, water will be diverted at a rate of 40-gallons per day.
