Document Description
This Agreement, SWP #25019, provides for a non-permanent transfer of 500 acre-feet of Dudley Ridge Water District’s (Dudley Ridge’s) approved State Water Project 2025 Table A Water to Santa Clara. The transfer of water to Santa Clara is made by Dudley Ridge on behalf of landowner Westside Agriculture LLC. The transfer of water shall be completed by December 31, 2025, for use in Santa Clara’s service area.

d. There will be no change in land use as a result of this short-term transfer.
