Approximately 120 feet of pipeline encased in 24-inch diameter welded steel casing would be installed using trenchless methods under the UPRR tracks on the west side of Casey Lane. The rest of the project would be installed using open trench methods. The existing hydrant on Casey Lane approximately 40 feet east of the Union Pacific Railroad would be replaced with a new hydrant meeting current code.
On Swanston Lane, approximately 400 feet of existing six-inch water pipeline would be removed, and the rest abandoned. Approximately 1,860 feet of 10-inch ductile iron
pipeline would be installed in public right-of-way between Leavesley Road and Forest

the Swanston Lane/Wheeler Street intersection would be replaced with a new hydrant meeting current code.
