Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification Number COL-59244-R2, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Daniel Lawson. The project consists of stabilizing a previously graded access trail from the ridgeline down to the north side base of the water diversion dam on Stony Creek. Necessary impact minimization includes removal of all large dirt clumps from the bank of Stony Creek, implementation of bank stabilization actions including reseeding of disturbed soils and placement of silt fencing and erosion control blankets on the steam banks above the Ordinary High-Water Mark within the project area.
