Caltrans proposes cold planing the existing asphalt concrete (AC) pavement and placing rubber bonded wearing course gap graded (RBWC-G) on SR-35 from post mile 0.00 to 2.00 in San Francisco County. All construction work shall remain within Caltrans right of way on or adjacent to the existing roadway. Equipment shall be staged within Caltrans right of way in areas absent of vegetation.
