Expand the interpretive signage system and enhance overall park signage and entry kiosks. Improve emergency access, parking, lighting, and fencing. Additional renovations include the creekside program area, pedestrian bridge, aviary, wildlife enclosure exhibits, and the Discovery Museum.

The proposed restroom, shade structures, and play features qualify as accessory structures.
• Class 4 – Minor Alterations to Land (Section 15304):
New pathways and parking improvements will not involve the removal of healthy, mature, or scenic trees.
