This project consists of rehabilitation of approximately 13,320 feet of existing 21- to 42-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) on the Joint Outfall H Unit 8E Trunk Sewer, Joint Outfall H Unit 8K Relief Trunk Sewer, Joint Outfall H Unit 8M Relief Trunk Sewer, Joint Outfall H Unit 8M Trunk Sewer, Dalton Trunk Section 3, Joint Outfall H Unit 8H Trunk Sewer, and Joint Outfall H Unit 8G Trunk Sewer with cured-in-place
pipe (CIPP) lining and rehabilitate approximately thirty-nine (39) manholes with a protective coating system.

The project will be built in three (3) segments. The first segment Joint Outfall H Unit 8E Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation, begins at Manhole (MH) H 0576, continues northeast along Vineland Avenue, then continues east through private properties along Badillo Street, and ends at MH H 0581 within the Los Angeles County Flood Control District’s right-of-way near the intersection of Badillo Street and Puente Avenue. This sewer rehabilitation work is in the City of Baldwin Park. The second segment, Joint Outfall H Unit 8K Relief Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation consists of two phases. The first
phase begins at MH H 1203, continues northeast on the Los Angeles County Flood Control District’s right-of-way to MH H 1206, then continues north to MH H 1207 on Cypress Avenue, continues east along Cypress Avenue to MH H 1208, and then northeast along Los Angeles County Flood Control District’s right-of-way, and ends at MH H 1210. The second phase begins at MH H 1223, continues north along S. Vincent Avenue, then east along E. Newburgh Street, and north along N. Clydebank Avenue, and ends at MH H 1230. This sewer rehabilitation work
is in the City of Irwindale, City of Azusa, and unincorporated Los Angeles County.
The third segment, Joint Outfall H Unit 8M Relief Trunk Sewer Rehabilitation, begins at MH H 1489 at Torrey Pines Apartments, continues northeast through City of West Covina property, then turns southeast along W. Cameron Avenue, and continues northeast along S. Sunset Avenue, and ends at MH H 1491. This sewer rehabilitation work is in the City of West Covina.
