Document Description
Caltrans proposes to slurry seal 15.2 miles of SR-128 in Napa County from post mile 19.1 to 34.3. The project will help to prevent further damage to the roadway and prolong its life. Any damaged or removed pavement delineation or markings will be replaced. Construction will begin no earlier than August 1st, 2026, and should be completed prior to October 15th, 2026. All work will remain within Caltrans right of way in the existing roadway prism. Equipment shall be staged within Caltrans right of way in areas absent of vegetation. No work shall be allowed in water.
