Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-RIV-57025-R6, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Bao Lee. The Project activities taking place on the site, which is approximately 35.5 acres and includes streams that generally run from the northwest to the southeast, are limited to the cleanup and remediation of cannabis related impacts (see Table 1) on the parcel, which includes the proper disposal of all trash and infrastructure associated with cannabis cultivation on the property and providing documentation to ensure that no further cannabis cultivation operations impact stream resources on the property for the entirety of the reporting period. Project activities shall be conducted without the use of heavy machinery as described in Measure 2.1 Appropriate Cleanup Activities.

CDFW is issuing a streambed alteration agreement that includes requirements to remove trash, restore the site, and protect natural resources through a restoration monitoring and reporting plan located at APN 579-310- 046. CDFW has considered Categorical Exemption classes 7 and 8 as the Lead Agency for the Project. Class 7 consists of actions taken by state agencies for protection of natural resources. Class 8 consists of actions taken by state agencies for protection of the environment.
