Document Description
The San Bernardino County Department of Public Works (DPW) is proposing a guardrail improvement project consisting of new railing system per Caltrans standards, which will include, but not be limited to, standard railing, and approach and departure terminal systems, with grading of 4.5 feet deep maximum. Equipment planned for use includes, but is not limited to, bobcat, jackhammer, loader, drill rig, and dump truck. Removal of approximately 15 minor brushes is planned at
this project site. No traffic detours or nighttime construction are planned at this time. Construction duration is anticipated for approximately twenty (20) working days. San Bernardino County Development Code 83.01 .80(g)(3): exempts noise from
temporary construction, maintenance, repair, or demolition activities between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., except Sundays and Federal holidays.
