Document Description
San Joaquin County is currently working on a project with the Parks and Recreational Division of the General Services Department. The project consists of the Install of an 18-hole miniature golf course, and a 9-hole jr. miniature golf course at the defunct Funtown Amusement Park location which consist of approximately 1.25 acres. The project will include site planning, design and construction of the miniature golf courses all of it structures needed, a covered shelter with picnic benches.

The Project is a remodel to the County's exisiting defunct Funtown Amusement Park located on the South side end of same site/ parcel. Project
will consist of Restoration or rehabilitation of deteriorated or damaged structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment to meet current standards
of public health and safety, unless it is determined that the damage was substantial and resulted from an environmental hazard such as
earthquake, landslide, or flood; Section 15301(d). Addition of safety or health protection devices for use during construction of or in conjunction
with existing structures, facilities, or mechanical equipment, or topographical features including navigational devices 15301(f).
