Document Description
The Project would consolidate the drinking water infrastructure of the Six Acres Water Company with the nearby City of Cloverdale. Parcels served by SAWC will be
annexed into the City of Cloverdale. Project earthwork includes installation of approximately 4,000 If of new 8-in and 12-in PVC and DIP water main by open trench
method, replacement of existing water services. installation of gate valves, fire hydrants and lateral assemblies, a new water main across a drainage ditch, a 12•lnch DIP pipe bridge across Muscat Creek to replace the existing one, cutting and capping existing mains, and all weather access improvements where no roadways exist. The pipe bridge installation would involve trimming of trees however no entire trees would be removed. Waler use would remain the same as current rates.

The Project would serve the existing demand of water that is no longer being met be the Six Acres Water Company by connecting it with the Cloverdale municipal water supply, and the Project does not include increasing capacity. Vegetation would be trimmed however no entire trees would be removed under the Project.
