Extension of Permit 19947 EO (issued July 17, 2025) to continue discharging water from Modesto Properties into Bear Creek for the benefit of the San Luis National Wildlife Refuge. This permit is for the continued use of the existing drainpipe DSID 19896 until October 1, 2027, with no construction or modifications. This drainage pipe is part of the State Plan of Flood Control, shown in the Lower San Joaquin River Flood Control Project As-Constructed Drawings No. 63-25.
