Document Description
UC Davis proposes to modify the electrical components of the lodge and duplex buildings at the Bodega Bay Marine Lab (BML). The project will install three new Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, constructing concrete footings and pedestals, trenching for conduit in some areas, adding new smart panels, and replacing existing electrical stoves. New electrical lines and conduit to the EV charging stations will be constructed above ground in some locations.

This exemption applies to the operation, repair, permitting, leasing, maintenance or minor alteration of existing public or private structures, facilities or mechanical equipment, involving negligible or no expansion of an existing use. In addition, none of the exceptions for application of a categorical exemption apply to this project.
