Document Description
The California Department of Parks and Recreation (State Parks) is a Responsible Agency for this project under CEQA. This project is set to receive financial assistance from the National Park Service’s Land and Water Conservation Fund Program, and State Parks administers the LWCF funds to approved projects. The Project will create the new 1.07-acre Roadside Park in the City of Baldwin Park. Construct a nature-based playground with sail shade structure, seat wall, single unit fitness station, meandering walking path with solar lights, decorative perimeter fencing, boulder formation with interpretive signage, pollinator garden, bioswale, and restroom, with picnic tables, benches, and drought tolerant landscaping and irrigation through the park.
