Document Description
The purpose of this project is to install an interpretive welcome panel at Bethany Reservoir State Recreation Area to educate visitors on boating safety. Work will:
Use a gas-powered auger to excavate two (2), 8-inch diameter holes 6-inches below the frost line;
Pour concrete into holes, filling to no more than 3-inches below surface grade;
Insert one (1) post into each hole and backfill with excavated material; and
Attach welcome panel to posts.
