Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-CCA-55908-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Carol Weyer.
The project proposes to stabilize an eroding streambank through the installation of planted rock slope protection and native plantings, as well as prevent future bank erosion through the installation of a new culvert with an armored outfall to convey runoff from the adjacent street directly into the creek below. Project activities are limited to the removal of vegetation and saplings within the grading area, grading of the bank, installation of rock and willow poles, backfilling of the rock slope protection with native soil, installation of native plantings on the bank above the planted rock slope protection, onsite assembly and installation of a new culvert, and placement of rock at the outfall of the new culvert. No heavy equipment will enter the creek, and no water will be diverted during project activities.
