Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-TUO-34780-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the Project Applicant, Sierra Overhead Analytics, Inc. The Project includes routine maintenance to remove accumulated sediment from the bed of Twain Harte Lake. Sediment removal will be completed to allow for the inspection of dam safety equipment and to maintain recreational and beneficial uses of the reservoir. Between 5,000 to 10,000 cubic yards of sediment will be excavated from the lakebed each season using an excavator, front loader, and/or dozer, for a maximum total of 70,000 cubic yards of sediment after 10 years
