Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has amended Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Notification No. 1600-2018-0160-R4, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code, to Madera County Flood Control and Water Conservation Agency. The Agreement authorizes routine, recurring channel maintenance activities to maintain channel flood capacity and water conveyance throughout Madera County though maintenance projects include vegetation mowing, herbicide application, debris and trash removal, tree trimming, and giant reed eradication. The amendment modifies the work season for arundo eradication treatments.
