Document Description
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power proposes to install one vault (9’-4” by 17’-4”) and approximately 120 linear feet of conduit within Caltrans right-of-way along State Route (SR-)2 at Post Mile (PM) 10.67, in the City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County. The proposed work will be completed via open cut excavation. The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power is requesting a temporary encroachment permit to access Caltrans right-of-way to perform the above-mentioned work, as well as to perform any associated traffic control activities. Excavation will have a maximum depth of 106-inches, a maximum width of 33-inches and a maximum length of 120 feet. No public utilities will be relocated, and no new right-of-way will be acquired for the project.
